1. Introduction

Sparkco VIP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) develops and operates the Spark Gym mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By downloading, installing, or using Spark Gym, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you register for or sign in to the App.
• Fitness and health data: workout logs, exercise history, body metrics (such as weight), and other fitness information you choose to enter into the App so we can track your progress and provide training features.
• Payment information: if you purchase a subscription or membership through the App, payment is processed by Google Play Billing or another third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, crash and diagnostic logs, general usage analytics, and push-notification tokens used to deliver reminders and updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your access to the App
• Record and display your workouts, progress, and fitness history
• Process subscription or membership payments
• Send push notifications such as workout reminders and service updates
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve the App’s performance and features
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

4. Fitness & Health Data

Fitness and health data you enter into Spark Gym is used solely to power the App’s tracking features for your own account. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with advertisers or use it for advertising purposes. This information is only accessible to you and, where applicable, to gym staff or trainers you have explicitly connected with inside the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information used to identify you:

• Firebase (Google): we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: used to process in-app purchases and subscriptions.

We do not use these services to serve third-party advertising, and we do not share your fitness or health data with them beyond what is technically required for analytics and crash reporting.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the App (such as Firebase and payment processors), under obligations to protect your data
• With your gym or trainer, if you choose to connect your account with them inside the App
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Sparkco VIP, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection under this policy

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and fitness data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the App’s services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To do any of the following, please contact us using the details in Section 13:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate account information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of push notifications at any time via your device settings

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy

Spark Gym is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in Israel and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
